The next day I rinsed and drained them to remove excess salt, and air-dried them. Not puffy like yours, but better. We bought a bunch of squashes and pumpkins to decorate for Noe's party and I keep eyeing them, thinking of what I'll do with them in the kitchen once they "retire." So now I've got my pumpkin seed recipe.<BR/><BR/>For Noe's party (with the cupcakes YOU inspired!), I tossed some pumpkin seeds (bought from the market, not deslimed myself) with the same spices I used in the pumpkin spice cupcakes and a bit of olive oil and roasted them. They were absolutely delish.
