Izzy Eats: The art of raising a gourmand, one bite at a time
Stirring tales of eating, cooking and foraging in my never-ending quest to provide, great-tasting (local and organic whenever possible) EATS for me and my boy(s).

I bought ten boxes of matzoh this year, in hopes of preparing endless batches of this
incredible treat. Initially I thought that two batches would suffice yet here I find myself, preparing batch four which will hopefully be the very last of the year. So far I have shared it with friends and teachers (family missed out for not celebrating Passover with us).
I made the original recipe twice, then I tried it with coconut flakes and for the grand finale (I swear I won't make anymore), I sprinkled it with toffee bits for a truly addictive taste sensation.
Bake at your own risk!
